Building the Human Capacity Required to Navigate Complexity
Every challenge eventually asks something of the people responsible for moving it forward.
Whether you're navigating leadership, governance, organizational change, Indigenous economies, community relationships, or systems transformation, the quality of the outcome depends on the human capacity available in that moment.
At Naqsmist, we help individuals, teams, organizations, and communities build that capacity.
A thoughtful transition
Over the past several years, Cultivating Safe Spaces has grown far beyond a single training program.
Through our work with leaders, organizations, Indigenous Nations, governments, and communities, it has become increasingly clear that the framework is part of a much larger body of work focused on building human capacity.
As a result, we're taking the time to redesign our learning pathways, offerings, and pricing so they better reflect this broader architecture.
Rather than rushing to launch something new, we're intentionally slowing down to build it well.
During this transition, we will continue to offer
Advisory
- Strategic Advisory with Elaine Alec
- Indigenous Advisory for Governments, First Nations, and Indigenous Organizations
- Human Capacity Scale Assessments
Facilitation & Learning
- CSS Facilitator Training
- Cultivating Safe Spaces Community Training
- Governance & Leadership Strategy
- Facilitation & Speaking Engagements
CSS Learning Library
Our online learning experiences are currently offered through the CSS Learning Library.
These eCourses provide an introduction to the Cultivating Safe Spaces framework and are designed to help individuals build a strong foundation in the principles and practices of CSS.
As this work continues to evolve, the Learning Library will become the entry point into a broader learning architecture focused on building human capacity across multiple scales, from understanding ourselves to strengthening teams, organizations, communities, and systems.
Over time, the Learning Library, facilitator pathway, and certification model will continue to grow alongside this architecture, creating clearer learning pathways for individuals, leaders, facilitators, and organizations.
